Sotong Masak Asam dan ...

Entry masak je dua tiga ari nie kan. Nak share ag satu resepi. Sotong Masak Asam. Selalunya I wat utk sotong je, xpasti udang ok ke x rasanya.






Bahan-bahan

2 ulas bawang kecil
seinci halia
2 ulas bawang putih
1 labu bwg besar
sebatang daun saleri
sebiji buah tomato
5 tangkai cili padi
sedikit asam jawa ( dlm sebesar bola pinpong )




sotong sederhana besar utk dua org makan, dlm 7 ke 8ekor, cuma potong dua jer


Cara Penyediaan :

1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang kecil dan halia seketika. Then masukkan bawang putih.
2. Dah agak garing, masukkan sotong td, goreng seketika dan masukkan cili padi juga.
3. Ambil asam jawa td, dan masukkan air dlm setengah gelas. Ramas2 air asam jawa tue smpai sebati, baru masukkan dlm kuali td.
4. Biarkan seketika, masukkan sedikit je serbuk kunyit, biarkan smpai sotong tue btl2 empuk.
5. Dah empuk sotong tue, masukkan batang saleri lbh kurang dlm 5 minit, masukkan pula buah tomato.
6. Masukkan garam seme ckup rasa, siap! Hiaskan dgn bawang besar.




Sotong Masak Asam nie, rasanya masam2 pedas, kalo xsuka masam atau pedas sgt, boleh kurangkan asam jawa dan cili padi td.

Me : Opss..sori..nie masak yg nie, terlebih serbuk cili td. Sori..



bendi celup tepung
( tepung goreng ayam Nona + 1 sudu kecil serbuk kari daging + sedikit serbuk cili + garam dan serbuk kunyit = bancuh pekat2 )


korg jgn terkejut, bendi pun boleh celup dgn tepung jgk, act ni first time cuba, ada akak India kat ofis sblh nie, dia suh cuba..since kitorg kan ada tanam2 sayur masa BUMIKU HIJAU dulu, so dia pun suggestla bendi wat mcm nie, cuak jgk nk try..tp dh kata simple kan, harusla cuba. Ok jujur nk bgtau, kalo makan time panas2 memg sedap, rasa crunchy dan lembut je bendi tue..tp bila dh sejuk, rasa dh kureng sikit, akan jd liat sikit. Kalo xmkn pedas sgt, jgn letak serbuk cili tue byk2 yer..

ahaks...i pernah wat untuk udang pun...sedap gak...cuma i tambah serbuk cili skit...lain sama je...hehehehe...

bila nka dapat dtg umah u nih nak rasa masakan mrs lurve nih...ekekeke
