Ayam Masak Kicap



Bahan-bahan ( utk 2 org )

4/5 ketul ayam
2 biji ubi kentang
1 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
1 labu bawang besar
1 inci halia
4 biji cili padi
1 sudu kecil cili kisar
2 sudu besar sos tiram
3 beradik ( bunga lawang, bunga cengkih, buah pelaga )
kulit kayu manis
kicap


Cara penyediaan :

1. Goreng ayam dulu, biar separuh masak. Angkat dan toskan. Kemudian gorengkan jg ubi kentang.
2. Panaskan kuali, tumis bawang kecil, bawang putih dan halia. Biar smpai naik bau, masukkan 2 beradik bersama kulit kayu manis.
3. Kemudian masukkan sesudu kecil cili kisar, smpai pecah minyak, masukkan sedikit air. Kemudian biar didih seketika, masukkan pula sos tiram dan kicap beserta cili padi.
4. Masukkan air kiranya agak pekat, kemudian masukkan ubi kentang dan ayam. Biarkan seketika hingga ayam tue betul2 lembut.
5. Masukkan garam seckup rasa. Untuk rasa manis, I gantikan dgn madu. Bila dh cukup rasa seme, tutup api, SIAP! Mudah :)  Hiaskan sikit agar xnmpk hitam sgt hehehehe.. 



p/s : ada mcm2 versi masak kicap nie, ada yg tumis dgn daun kari dulu, ada yg blender bawang besar bg kuah pekat. Mcm2 cara boleh cuba, yg perlu ada cuma kreativiti.
