Daging Rusa Masak Kurma

Balik umah ri2, sekali abah request masak kurma daging rusa. Terkebil2 biji mata I, mana dtg pulak daging rusa nie. Ehhh...ri2 masa bazar ramadhan tahun lps, ada jugak yg jual daging rusa nie, tp x beli pun, sbb rasanya x kena dgn selera nie. Sekali balik umah, abah pulak request masak, katanya sedap daging nie. Hubby dgn I telan air liur jer, sedap ke?


Bahan-bahan


3 ulas bawang kecil
3 ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia
4 biji ubi kentang
1 biji buah tomato
1 biji cili merah
5 biji cili padi
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
sedikit daun sup
kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, bunga cengkih, buah pelaga


                                                
 5 biji bawang besar - dikisar
1 inci halia - dikisar
6 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
2 paket rempah kurma Adabi
1 mangkuk santan pekat


1 kilo daging rusa ( mcm daging lembu jgkkan )





Cara Penyediaan :

1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang kecil, bawang putih dan halia, bunga lawang, cengkih, buah pelaga dan kulit kayu manis sehingga naik bau.

2. Kemudian masukkan bahan2 yg telah dikisar, bila dh agak garing, masukkan pula rempah kurma dan sedikit air, biarkan sehingga pecah minyak.

3. Bila dh pecah minyak, masukkan daging rusa td, gaulkan sekata dan masukkan secawan air, rebuskan sehingga btl2 empuk. Lbh kurang 15 ke 20 minit.

4. Apabila dh agak empuk, masukkan ubi kentang, lada hitam dan cili merah, biar sehingga ubi kentang tue empuk.

5. Bila kuah dah agak pekat dan ubi kentang jg hampir empuk , masukkan santan, biarkan didih seketika. Bila daging dan kentang hampir empuk, masukkan buah tomato dan cili padi. Masukkan garam secukup rasa.

6. Bila dh cukup rasa seme, tutup api dan boleh dihidangkan.




p/s : jujur ok, I lbh suka daging lembu kot, hubby puji ckp sedap kononnya kuah yg pekat dan likat, abah ckp pun sedap daging nie, mak ckp sedap jgk, org kat umah seme ckp sedap, tp I pulak yg x sedap, daging rusa nie xmcm daging lembu, xtau nk ckp mcm mana, korg cubale beli daging rusa nie. Kesudahannya, diorg seme mkn x hengat dunia, I dgn penuh khusyuk, makan ikan goreng :)

sy igt2 lupe laa rase dgg rusa ni... hehe

tp selalunye klu dgg mahal2 ni, kitorg wat gulai je, org n9 la kan... mmg masak lemak cili api je laa... hehe

tue lah susah nk detail mcm ne rasa dging rusa nie, masak lemak cili api tue, kalo dgn daging salai memg sedap!

hehehehe..i lg best x tau beza...kambing ka?lembu ka?rusa ke i rasa sama je...mungkin dari tekstur daging tu kot beza...tp klu letak sekali then sruh i teka memang fail...hehehehehe..daging arnab je tau beza...hehehehehe
