Udang Masak Lomak Cili Api

Hai..

Dah lama kan, blog nie xberasap dgn entry masakan..punyala malas nk update sal entry masakan, tp rajin je kalo bab makan2 nie. Nak share satu resepi org Nogori, kebetulan masa cuti ri2, singgah Rembau kejap umah mak angkat hubby.

Masak Lomak Cili Api, I xtau nak ckp mcm mana, masa mkn tue, trus I ckp pd diorg, masak lemak org nogori memg terbaik, sumpah memg sedap sgt! Trus risik2 resepi, rupanya penyediaan diorg mcm lain. So smlm cubala jgk, jadi ke idak.


Bahan-bahan: (untuk 2 org )

Kunyit hidup
3 btg serai dititik
5/6 tangkai cili padi - terpulang nak pedas mcm mana
setengah labu bwg besar - ditumbuk
santan - asingkan santan pekat (santan perahan pertama) dgn santan cair ( diorg pgl kaba santan )
udang
sekeping asam gelugur
kacang buncis


Cara penyediaan :

1. Kalo guna udang, keringkan dulu air udang dlm kuali berasingan atas api, xperlu campur air, cuma udang sj yg masukkan dlm kuali utk dikeringkan airnya, korg fhm kan mcm mana, xtau dh nak explain huhuhuhu...

2. Dalam periuk lain masukkan pulak kunyit hidup, cili padi, serai dan bawang yg telah ditumbuk td beserta santan cair. Gaulkan seme sekata, dan biarkan seketika smpai sedikit pekat.

3. Bila udang pun dh kering, bolehla disatukan dlm periuk kuah td. Kemudian masukkan santan pekat beserta asam gelugur dan garam secukup rasa.

4. Untuk yg nie, I try guna kacang buncis mcm makcik ajar. Masukkan juga kacang buncis.

5. Bila dh ckup rasa seme, kacang buncis pun dh lembut, bolehla tutup api. Dan hidangkan.

kerapu goreng tepung berlada

Perapkan bawang putih, halia, satu sudu kecil lada hitam yg ditumbuk, lbh kurang 15min. Gaulkan dgn kuning telur, dan salutkan dgn tepung jagung. Gorengkan dgn api yg sederhana kuat, garing diluar, lembut di dalam.

wahh sedapnya awak....hehhehe...da lama u x update...rindu tau...baru nih i pun wat masak lemak udang galah...hehehe...silap2 hari same pe..kan kite nih sehati berdansa...t ada masa i wat entry lak k...tp seyes terliur lauk u nih tau...nyum2
