Koay Teow Kungfu

Hai

Salam di pagi Jumaat seme. Ari nie nak share resepi koay teow kungfu yg simple dan sedap. Kalo pegi kedai mkn yg ada koay teow nie mesti nak cuba, tp kebanyakan yg makan, koay teow tue xdibungkus dgn telur, xbest, xrasa garing2 pun. Meh tgk bahan apa yg diperlukan, xsusah, main campak2 ja..



Bahan-bahan

segenggam koay teow
2 biji telur
serbuk lada hitam
udang/ayam/daging/sotong
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
4 ulas bawang putih
sedikit bawang besar dicincang halus- I guna jenis bawang holland
2 biji cili padi ( nie pun terpulang nak pedas atau x )
2 sudu besar sos tiram
sayuran - lobak merah/brokoli/kubis bunga/baby corn ( terpulang nak masuk sayur apa )

p/s : penyediaan nie untuk sorg mkn, means 1 pinggan koay teow, kalo utk 2 @ 3 org mkn, gandakanlah bahan2 tue ok..

Cara penyediaan

Untuk koay teow:

1. Pukul telur bersama garam dan secubit serbuk lada hitam, di dalam gelas ( I guna cawan jenis tin tue )
2. Masukkan koay teow dlm cawan tue, anggaran koay teow tue dlm 3/4 cawan. Agak2 je lah,gaul bg sebati..jgn kasar nti hancur koay teow tue
3. Panaskan kuali, masukkan sedikit minyak tuk menggoreng. Tuang koay teow dlm kuali tue, dan ratakan bg nipis dan sekata.
4. Masakkan kedua2 belah hingga sekata, I masak bg garing sikit telur tue, terpulang ok.
5. Dah masak kedua2 belah, letak atas pinggan.


bila dh siap masak, akan jd begini, lbh kurang mcm roti canai/ roti telur
tgh2 hidang atas pinggan, hubby kata laaa..syg td kata nak wat koay teow kungfu la, apa la, nape pulak jd lempeng nie ahakss...sabo jer la


Untuk kuah:

1. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga naik bau dan agak keperangan.
2. Masukkan seafood, mcm I cuma guna ayam dan udang shj. Masukkan jg cili padi
3. Bancuh tepung jagung dgn air hingga sebati dan masukkan sekali dlm kuali.
4. Pastu masukkan pula lada hitam, sos tiram, garam, dan sayuran spt lobak merah n brokoli
5. Masakkan kuah biar sedikit pekat, dan siap, tuang dlm pinggan berisi koay teow td
6. Kalo rasa agak pekat, boleh tambah air.


Ok dah siap. Kalo nak sedap, makan dgn cili padi potong letak kicap. Makan panas2, baru sedap. Sbb tue td dlm kuah x letak byk cili padi. Anak2 pun boleh mkn, kalo nak pedas sikit baru mkn dgn cili padi kicap tue.

hamboi kak.. pagi2 ni tiba2 lak perut berkeroncong tengok menu ni.. lagi2 ada udang perghhhhh..... nak ke bandar lah kalau macam ni utk cari juadah ni.. hehehe
