Kentang Berkeju

Hai,

Err...tahu, memg cuti dah abes..tp blog masih lagi entry cuti yg xberupdate tue..malas, xtau kenapa. Bila nak masuk puasa nie, makin byk pulak projek masuk. Sempat bw rumah kwn2, ada yg smpt tinggalkan komen, ada yg cuma baca sepintas lalu sj.

Hujung minggu nie insyaAllah puasa, tp keje tiba2 jd berganda2..projek itu ini..alahai..kalola diorg boleh tangguh pas puasa,  lega...yg pntg kena siapkan sblm Jumaat nie, lagi satu tandas kat ofis nie pulak diorg tgh renovate..aduh, ini lagi parah, kena lari g toilet dkt bangunan sebelah. Dijangkakan end of Ogos baru nak siap, pengsan! Tiap ari berkejar2 ke banggunan sebelah.

Dah lama dapur blog nie xberasap, dapur blog je ok..dapur kat umah still berasap..ari2 cuba satu resepi simple, suka hati ja men campak sana sini..bila tgk dlm Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan, ada satu restoran The Cabin kot kalo xsilap ada wat resepi ni, so gigihla konon nak mencuba padahal xtau pun resepi mcm mana. Itu yg I kata, men campak2 ja seme.


Kentang Berkeju

Bila makan, memg sedap..rasa lemak2 dan garing2 mcm tue. Kalo ada yg nak cuba, nie resepi kat bwh, kalo nak ubah ikut selera sendiri pun boleh..sbb resepi nie adalah resepi yg ikut suka hati I ja huhuhuhu...

Bahan-bahan:

ubi kentang
cheeze ( I guna kraft single )
garam,
serbuk lada hitam,
serbuk lada putih,
rosemary kering
serbuk cili
1 sudu besar butter


Cara penyediaan:

1. Ubi kentang dikupas, dan dipotong jejari mcm bentuk french fries tue. Bersih dan toskan.
2. Gaulkan dgn garam, serbuk lada hitam dan putih, rosemary kering dan serbuk cili, gaul sekata. Byk mana tue terpulangla pd korang punya taste la kan.
3. Perap sekejap lbh kurang 10 min.
4. Pas2 panggang atas kuali leper beserta sedikit butter.
5. Dgn api yg sederhana, biar ia masak atas kuali..sambil balikkan.
6. Bila dah agak masak, jgn angkat lagi kentang tue dr kuali.ambil pula cheeze td, dan letakkan atas kentang tue.
7. Biar hingga ia mencair seketika di atas kentang tue.
8. Lbh kurang 3/4 min mcm tue..cheeze pun dh mula cair...tutup api. Hidangkan.


Kalo yg suka cheeze dan kentang, harus cuba. Simple je kan. Ditambah dgn perapan pd kentang dan lemak cheeze tue, memg sedap. Sekali sekala makan petang begini, kalo anak2 yg suka cheeze ni, memg diorg suka. Ag satu wpun I letak serbuk cili, serbuk lada tue seme..jgn riso ia x pedas sangat pun. Kalo korang buat, korg imbangkanla seme bahan2 tue ok. Sbb kan I kata, I men campak ja seme bahan2 tue ngeeee...

sedapnya..tapi kak ita mengandung ne tak lalu makan yg ada cheeze ne...anak kampung lah beby ne...
