Puding Cocktail Berkuah






Bahan utk Puding 

5 sudu besar tepung castard
3 gelas air
2 sudu besar susu pekat manis

Cara penyediaan :

1. Masukkan air ke dalam periuk beserta susu pekat tue..kacau smpai sebati. Sbnrnya ada jgk yg gantikan susu nie dgn gula, tp rasanya bila wat dgn gula tekstur puding xcantik dan keras..xshinning2 pun. So try dgn susu pekat pulak.

2. Terpulang jgk nak letak susu nie byk mana, 2 sudu nie..manis2 tawar je rasanya..sbb kuah nti dh manis, just bg ada sikit rasa je.

3. Bila dah sebati susu dgn air td, masukkan tepung castard..dgn api yg perlahan..kacau smpai betul2 masak.  

4. Dah siap, boleh letakkan dlm bekas utk keraskannya. I letak dlm bekas mcm bwh nie, boleh basahkan sikit bekas nie, supaya senang nak keluarkan puding tue nti. Biarkan sejuk dulu, baru simpan dlm peti sejuk.


dpt dlm 12 biji mcm tue, yg lebihnya letak dlm tupperware biasa sbb xckup bekas,
hasilnya memg lembut..dan shinning cantik jer..


Bahan utk Kuah

2 tin susu cair - I guna Ideal
1 tin air
4/5 sudu besar gula - terpulang nak manis mcm mana
1 tin mix nata de coco
1 tin buah laici
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla

Bahan lain

1 tin fruit cocktail


Cara penyediaan :

1. Masakkan susu cair dalam periuk beserta air. Biarkan dgn api yg sederhana.
2. Masukkan gula..dan kacau hingga gula betul2 hancur. Masukkan esen vanilla.
3. Biarkan seketika atas api yg perlahan. Bila rasa manis dah cukup sesuai, bolehla tutup api.
4. Masukkan laici dan mix nata de coco dalam kuah tersebut. Biarkan sejuk dan salin ke bekas lain sblm masuk dlm fridge.
5. Masa nak hidangkan nti, baru masuk fruit cocktail dalam cup atau mangkuk.
6. Cocktail nie makan bila dah sejuk baru sedap.


Memg dah lama tingin nak makan nie, buat sendiri memang puas hati..boleh makan byk mana yg suka. Ada lagi kat umah nie, hubby pun suka. Nak pulak kalo sejuk cocktail nie..memg sedap!

saya masih lagi berpantang bab2 makan ni... yang sejuk or berangin saya tak makan sebab menyusu badan...

tp selain tu, yg jenis kembang2, alaa macam mee ke, laksa ke... saya tak makan gak lagi.. yg ni utk elakkan dari urat kembang... hihii... takut sakit urat time tua2 nantilah kiranya.. hihii...

laksa tu, kalau tak silap, setahun jugak kot saya berpantang time alisha dulu...

lg 1 yg panas2 pun saya kurangkan.. mkn tetap makan tp kurang.. tu sbb saya takut aqilah cirit birit...
